A certified lighting professional will be happy to conduct an investment-grade audit to assess your existing lighting system’s energy consumption, quality of light output, color and task performance needs, as well as establishing the annual anticipated savings.  A comprehensive proposal will be submitted to you identifying all baseline specifications of the existing lighting system, as well as the proposed systems with the projected annual savings expected, return on investment, and positive cash flow analysis.  Whether the project is funded as a lease-purchase option, or as a straight purchase, all are inclusive of the maximum available rebate.

Our up-to-the-minute data base utilizes many of these utility’s rebate programs at our fingertips.  Our in-house services entails capturing a straight-forward rebate, such as, NJ'S ‘SmartStart™-Prescriptive’ or maximizing your return with a custom, yet sophisticated program within the ‘SmartStart-Performance’ program.
